HOWDY, I’m

mollie

It’s true, Mollie the Professional (me) has nearly a decade of agency copywriting experience. My resume can tell you all about it: my career and accolades, the facts and figures, the proof that I can “follow the rules.”

But you and I both know that’s BORING! So let me introduce you to Mollie the Person (still me) – arguably even cooler and definitely a lot weirder:

WORD WIZARD / COURT JESTER / HYPE GIRL / CULTURE OBSERVER / IMPROV OPPORTUNIST / COFFEE SNOB / DEEPLY SENTIMENTAL / & ALWAYS LEARNING.

MARK TWAIN
on marketing (probably)

A drawing of a whimsical sun with a human-like face, pink cheeks, and closed eyes, with rays extending outward.

I BELIEVE COPYWRITING IS much more than just a computer job. Sure, I may write from my couch – but Mark Twain famously wrote his best works in a cave. I definitely got the better deal.

IN MY EXPERIENCE, copywriters have always been the creative forces behind the world’s most iconic brands. We’re emotional architects. We build statements that influence and we curate feelings that drive action. And with that responsibility comes a tendency to be a little unusual. A bit bizarre. Dare I say…audacious.

IN TRUTH, I’VE ALWAYS BEEN that way. Just like the concept of the statue already existing within the marble. Or whatever that one old guy said about sculpting. I’ve always known I would have a lot to say!

Embroidered patch of a cartoon goose with the text 'SILLY GOOSE' above it, surrounded by stars and lightning bolts.
Green vintage typewriter with round keys and a paper holder on top.

I’m really good at:

A green, textured four-leaf clover.

and these guys agree!

& Here’s the method
to my madness!
