A fun one. I call myself a court jester for a reason. In my opinion, we can’t even get started until we’re having fun. It’s like how a seed needs water to grow. Getting a little silly tends to inspire the best ideas. It kind of…attunes everyone involved. It gets us on the same page which is ideal for collaboration.

I work from home, and I don’t see that changing any time soon. My work-life balance is extremely important to me! It’s one of the ways I’m able to remain constantly creative and focused. Deadlines fear me because I crush them, and if I have any problems doing that, I’m never afraid to holler.
